- Select “Credit Courses: Returning Students — Apply/Register
- Follow the steps (1-4) on the CCAP Guide SPRING 2021

Complete the High School Special Program form and submit online here: www.swccd.edu/HSS
How To Fill Out the Dual Enrollment/ High School Special form
*Be sure to enter Ms. Peralta’s e-mail address on the High School Special Form – maryrose.peralta@sweetwaterschools.org.
Once she receives the request, she will sign it so you can enroll.
