To request an Official Transcript be sent to your college/university/scholarships, you must submit a request by using the link below.

Reminder: Final Senior Transcripts for College
Requests for Final Senior Transcripts to be mailed to your college/university must be submitted towards the end of the month in May.
This will ensure that the transcript we submit will include your second semester Senior Grades.
There will be a specific Class of 2024 transcript request google form for you to submit your request.
If you submit a transcript request at this time, it will not have your final senior grades.
Important: Please submit your request as soon as possible to allow sufficient processing time. Allow 5 days to process your request, as we process requests in the order we receive them.
- If you choose to pick up, pick up days and hours are: Monday-Friday 9-11am or 2-4 pm. Otay Ranch will contact you once your transcript is ready for pick up.
