How to apply to Southwestern College

Seniors: Early Admission Program

The Southwestern College Early Admissions Program is for all high school graduating seniors.  This program consists of 6 steps.   Your future starts now!

SWC California College and Career Access Pathways Program (CCAP)

For students enrolled in SWC courses taken at Otay Ranch High School (Spring 2021 — Health 101)

Steps:

  1. Apply Online
  2. Select “Credit Courses: Returning Students — Apply/Register
  3. Follow the steps (1-4) on the CCAP Guide SPRING 2021

Complete the High School Special Program form and submit online here:  www.swccd.edu/HSS

How To Fill Out the Dual Enrollment/ High School Special form

*Be sure to enter Ms. Peralta’s e-mail address on the High School Special Form – maryrose.peralta@sweetwaterschools.org.

Once she receives the request, she will sign it so you can enroll.
