Work Permit

Once you have been hired by an employer you can complete “SUHSD Form No. B1-1” and submit it to Mr. Patel using the Google Form linked below.  All signatures must be complete for the application to be processed.   If you had a work permit during the summer or a previous school year, you will need to reapply for a new one for the 2020-2021 school year.  You must have a 2.0 grade point average and good attendance to be granted a permit.  If you have any questions contact Mr. Patel via email:  john.patel@sweetwaterschools.org
